Reserved Instances offer significant savings for IaaS Servers, SQL Databases, Cosmos DB and other Azure and third party services.  I have mentioned Reserved Instance in a couple other videos and posts. Azure Bastion Preview Setup Walk Through

In this video, I walk through the prerequisites and setup of the new Azure Bastion Service for IaaS servers.  Azure Bastion provides RDP and SSH access to Windows and Linux servers without the need for public IP’s or VPN connections.  Access is enabled through the Azure portal with an HTML5 client.

Azure IaaS Server Network Performance

Azure NetworkingI am back from a week at Microsoft Ignite. This was my first time going, and I’m coming back with a dizzying amount of new information and a suitcase full of swag. I can’t pass the swag along but will do my best with the information.
